Seth Shulman- Los Angeles Based Freelance Worker

You probably have already heard or read many times how a person started out at an early age. Well, we could say I had held a video camera at an early age, but I really didn't do anything other than holding it. Maybe that's why I have a steady arm. I began in organized video production just before high school. Almost everyday I brought my parents 8MM camera to school, just to film whatever passed my way. When I purchased by first computer, a Sony Vaio in 2001, I used what basic editing software I had to experiment with post production. That year I joined the video production class at my high school and was given many assignments, some that I have listed below. I did eventually purchase my own video camera, though. After graduating from high school, I spent a year really just rejuvenating myself.

The next year I began doing film and video production again, mostly doing other's projects, but also fitting in a couple of my own, including the Shaarei Torah concert, held every year at a Jewish Temple in Arcadia, California. I learned how to do multicamera set ups and production in high school, and have used those same skills every year for the past 4 years. Today I have expanded to creating my own marketing ideas, as well as beginning to make short films again (The most current is "The Flower Garden"), one that is in production stage this year. I've always had a love for film making and video production, and would honestly never be happier if it became a full time career. I can't say I have any goals, because for now, I just let life take it course, and let one thing lead to another. That isn't to say, I don't dream.

Here you can view some of my past and recent projects. I'm always excited about meeting new people, because new people mean new opportunities. That's what living is really about, isn't it? So sit back and enjoy the show, and if you see something you like, let me know.
